Our Team
Nick Legg - Director / Principal Consultant
Nick has 15 years experience in Law Enforcement including 11 years of high risk specialist operations and 6 years of counter terrorism security and exercise management experience.
Nick was instrumental in the initial development of Australian Government Counter Terrorism protective security courses for delivery to state police, federal police and owners and operators of critical infrastructure and major events. To complement this he is highly experienced in delivering security assessments with scalable, cost effective mitigations for:

Through experience in exercise management he has assisted in review and redesign of the Australia New Zealand National Counter Terrorism Committee (ANZCTC) Exercise Management suite of courses and has written and facilitated discussion, functional and deployment exercises for state government departments, educational facilities and major events.​

Post law enforcement Nick worked in federal government as Assistant Director of Property and Security ensuring alignment with the national Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and completing major construction security projects to meet these requirements with high level SCEC endorsement for zone completion.

Nick's professional advice is backed by tertiary qualifications in Police Studies, Diplomas of Government Security & Security Risk Management, Level 5 Crowd Safety, Certificate IV Training & Assessment, Certificate IV in Risk Analysis and courses in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). For 3 years he was an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Tasmania for Risk Management in Policing and for 10 years an operational skills instructor for state police, including 5 years operational safety tactics for high risk tactical environments.
